"Spirit—My True Nature"
The fifth part of a six-part spiritual journey will explore the following:
- The love, joy, peace and spirituality I search for externally is actually inside of me—my true nature. Deep within is something I was born with and its blueprint is unique to me. It is something that cannot be taught or learned. It is something that has to be remembered—my spirit.
- How walking a conscious spiritual life facilitates radiant health at every level of my being. When I create a daily spiritual discipline of chakra balancing, I feel the divine connection with the organs of my soul. As my chakras resonate there will be a knowing of Self-Realization and God-Realization.
- How my soul orchestrates healing experiences for personal growth, evolution and reunion with my spirit, the All of All.
- How I AM an ecologist of my body, mind, emotion and spirit. By taking a sacred journey with my Council of Self every day I own and take responsibility for my sustainable health and well-being.
